SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product.
SECTION 1 - DELIVERY
Shipping options are Standard Delivery (1 day processing and 3-5 business days shipping), or Express Delivery (1 day processing and 1-2 business days shipping).
However, delivery of the shipment might have been delayed by the carrier and we have 10 working days time frame from the estimated delivery date of the order. In most cases the goods will be with you before that time.
Delivery dates are only estimates and MYPRONATURAL does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
Please note that your supplements will not be sent until your payment has been authorised. If there is a delay in authorising your payment it will affect your expected delivery time.
It is important that you use the correct delivery address, we will not be able to change the delivery address once you have placed your order as orders are processed very quickly.
SECTION 2 - AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
After you place your order with us, you will receive an automated email response that will be sent to the email address you entered when making your purchase. This automated email response will confirm that we have received your payment and that your order is being processed as this has now entered our system to be dispatched within the usual dispatch timescale. The status will remain as ‘processed’ until we dispatch your order. You will then receive a notification to confirm your order has been dispatched.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is not permitted to accept returns on Natural Remedies due to health and safety. If your package is damaged, please send us a complaints message in our contact us section with photographic evidence or contact us at mypronatural@hotmail.com as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
Wrong address (if applicable)
After your order has been placed if the address is wrong, please contact us immediately at mypronatural@hotmail.com. If the order has been dispatched We will resend it to you upon receiving the item back. You will be responsible for the postage payment of the resent item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or replacement items will be sent to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mypronatural@hotmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mypronatural@hotmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us immediately at mypronatural@hotmail.com. We will check the status of your order and advise if it can be cancelled.
